From your first push-up to the hard stuff.
Every movement is a ladder. You start on the step that fits you and climb one step at a time.

Good to know
Do I really need zero equipment?
Yes. Every exercise uses only your bodyweight and the floor. A few moves (wall push-ups, handstand holds) use a wall.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. If you can't do a push-up yet, you start with wall push-ups and work up. The quiz sets your starting point for each movement.
How does the plan get harder?
Each exercise has a target range, for example 3 sets of 5–8. When you hit the top of the range on every set, you move to the next exercise in that ladder. If something is too hard twice in a row, it steps you back one level.
How long are the workouts?
You choose: 15, 20–30, 30–45 or 45–60 minutes, including a short warm-up and cool-down.
Does it track food or calories?
No. CaliForge focuses on training: your workouts, weight, measurements and strength.
Is it free?
Yes. Make an account and use everything.
